Welcome to CHU’s Strata Owner Education Program,
Here you’ll find 30 short articles designed to give you the knowledge, confidence and tools to engage actively in your strata building and community – whether you’re a first-time buyer still finding your feet, a long-term owner looking to get more involved, or an investor who wants to better understand what you own.
The articles are organised across two streams. The first covers the fundamentals – what you own, how your building is governed, how the money works, and what to do when things don’t go to plan. The second takes a bigger-picture view, exploring what great strata living actually looks like: sustainable buildings, active communities, and the kinds of initiatives that make a building somewhere people genuinely want to live.
Each article is written in plain language and anchored to a clear outcome – not just what you’ll know by the end, but what you’ll be able to do differently. They’re short enough to read in a few minutes and practical enough to act on straight away.
