Steve is our National Underwriting Manager and he has a young family. He attributes the model to reduced stress levels. He no longer has to fight the commute or look at the clock to see if he will miss a commitment with his kids. He has also seen an improvement in his ability to manage his exercise and eat more healthily as a result.

Jordan is a Junior Business Analyst at CHU. He originally applied for a Business Analyst role with CHU. At the time, Jordan didn’t quite meet the experience level required for that role, but CHU could see that he had a lot of potential, so he was offered an alternative role of Customer Service Officer. He’s now well on his preferred career path as part of the Business Solutions team.

Carly is a People Advisor based in Sydney. When her husband got a job for the Australian Capital Territory fire service she was able to move so that he could accept the job and retain hers. Her husband has a new opportunity to move back to New South Wales for his job. They are also expecting a baby and they can make this move knowing they don’t need to move to Sydney to allow Carly to continue her role.

Vicki started at CHU as an Underwriter, before becoming our inaugural Direct Sales Team Leader. For a few years she had an interest in compliance, so when our newly created Quality Assurance Officer roles were advertised, Vicki thought it was the perfect opportunity to jump at! In her time with CHU, Vicki has demonstrated that there will be opportunities that don’t yet exist.

Fraser is one of our proud CHU dads and one of the very first to access CHU’s enhanced parental benefits now offered to all our CHU parents. Fraser is truly grateful for the time he gets to spend with his young family and supporting his wife through their journey of growing their family.
