Face Masks Mandatory on Common Property in Greater Sydney from 13 July 2021
Effective from 13 July 2021, anyone within or visiting common areas of Strata, Community and Company title developments in Greater Sydney must wear a face mask at all times.
This requirement was implemented by the NSW Government in response to the growing Covid-19 Delta outbreak in Greater Sydney.
Examples of common property include:
- Hallways
- Foyers
- Reception areas
- Mailbox areas
- Stairwells
- Shared facilities such as gyms and swimming pools
