CHU demonstrates its diversity
CHU’s announcement today of a major national claims role appointment demonstrates the company’s commitment to diversity and promotion from within the organisation. CHU, Australia’s leading strata insurance specialist, has extensive diversity and employee engagement programs.
“Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) are naturally part of the CHU DNA, consistently employing diverse staff, covering age, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, religion and disability,” said CHU CEO Bobby Lehane.
“The purpose of CHU’s D&I strategy is to ensure D&I remains core to our culture and business success. We aim to fully integrate D&I across everything we do, from staff to clients and stakeholders.”
CHU’s commitment to this was demonstrated today when it announced the appointment of Annette Lees as National Liability Claims Manager. Her aim in this role is to ensure the delivery of a “Concierge” claims service on every Liability claim, in accordance with company standards.
