We are required to obtain your prior written consent before we can provide information to you electronically (instead of sending to you a paper copy). This notice applies to all Internet-based communications from us, including email. By completing the details below, and by providing your email address to us, you agree that we may provide you information related to your insurance policy or any other document that, by law, may be delivered in electronic format, until you withdraw your consent.

    There are many benefits to electronic communications, including:

    • improved document navigation through hyperlinks and search functionality
  • Types of electronic documents

    This includes, but is not limited to, the following types of documents:

    • Product Disclosure Statements
    • Financial Services Guides
    • Disclosures and Notices
    • Policy terms (including renewals) and endorsements
    • Responses to communications from you

    The types of communications available electronically are subject to change, and if additional communications become available in an electronic format, you will receive those communications electronically. Occasionally, in addition to electronic communications, you may also receive a hard copy document.

    Please provide one email address for all email documentation to be sent.

  • Change of email

    If you want to change the e-mail address to which the electronic delivery of any such insurance policies and endorsements or other changes to them is to be made, please send an e-mail containing the new e-mail address to which the delivery of such documents is to be made to your CHU Business Development Manager or a CHU State Manager.

  • Withdrawal of Electronic Acceptance of Disclosures and Notices

    You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time. There are no conditions, consequences or fees to the withdrawal of your consent to receive electronic communications from us.

The PSF is an agreed amount between SGL and the relevant Partner, usually annually. The PSF is not determined by the volume of the business that the Steadfast Network brokers place, nor is the amount of the PSF known to the Steadfast Network Brokers, so it is not able to influence recommendations to their clients. CHU Underwriting Agencies may have access to shared services from SGL, including: compliance tools; procedures; manuals and training; legal; HR banking; and group purchasing arrangements. These services are funded by SGL, subsidised by SGL or SGL receives a fee for them.
