It’s about being able to bring your whole self to work every day, it’s about seeing your kids and furry friends on Teams calls and, in the offices sometimes. It’s about finding clever ways to serve our customers, that may not have been possible in the traditional working model.

If you do not complete the below form it is assumed that you do not wish to work flexibly and will continue to work 100% from the CHU office (COVID-19 restrictions not withstanding).

By completing this form, it does not mean you cannot change the where and when you work. This information is to be discussed with your People Leader. You are agreeing to work within the guidelines of the Hybrid Work Model, which includes attending ConnecCHUn days at your local hub, in addition to regular communication with your People Leader on your arrangement.
